Fully Equipped Kitchen
With a fully-equipped kitchen, preparing feasts is a breeze. Small appliances include a toaster, waffle iron, blender, and a crock pot. Cookware & bakeware including pots/pans, cookie sheets, muffin pans, and food storage. Dishes, cups, silverware and more. The Cozy Cub comes equipped with saran wrap, zip lock bags, tin foil, trash bags, soap, paper plates, and a utility drawer. Cabinets stocked with spices, cooking oil, syrup, pancake mix.
Cozy Bedding
A snug bedroom features beds adorned with warm and cozy bedding, inviting rest & relaxation in a tranquil oasis of comfort and softness. Sink into the 3 inch memory foam topper for extra comfort.
Central Heating & Air
Stay cozy and comfortable with central heating and air conditioning.
Coffee & Tea
We offer K-Cups for Keurig, along with a selection of hot cocoa, coffee, and tea varieties, ensuring a cozy and customizable beverage experience for our guests. Sugar and hazelnut powdered creamer can be found in the cupboard.

Ascend to our loft, where excitement awaits with a pool table beckoning playful competition. Explore a vast collection of board games for endless entertainment.

A desk with a monitor provides a workspace or gaming hub, ensuring leisure and productivity meet in this versatile retreat above. Game console not provided.
3 Bedrooms & 4 Beds
The Cozy Cub has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, and can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably (or 8 people max with children). We also have a twin air mattress.
Onsite Laundry
The laundry area is stocked with plenty of fluffy towels for both showering and outdoor use at the two private lakes or the pool. Enjoy the convenience of the washer & dryer with provided Tide pods and dryer sheets.
